Security SupervisorNortheast Security is seeking Security Supervisors in Cambridge, MA. Part Time Available!Pay Rate: Positions range from $23.00- $25.00Schedule: Part TimeSat & Sun 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pmSun- 6am- 2pmFri - Sun - 2pm - 10pmFri & Sat- 11pm - 7amThurs- Fri- 11pm- 7amMUST HAVE DRIVER’S LICENSESupervisor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Must keep a professional appearance.Must remain on post at all times.Monitoring security Concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactoryProvide general admin support and respond to inquiries and anticipate customers needs.Ensure that all security concierge personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations.Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.Basic computer knowledgeMaintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to all customers/vendors.Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually.Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc.Supervisor Skills:Excellent customer service skills and service delivery orientationAnswering phone callsMonitoring security Concierge personnel to ensure guest services are satisfactoryClient Management SkillsStrong Leadership skillsKnowledge of supervisory practices, procedures, and security operationsAbility to provide positive direction and motivate performance.Strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to show responsibility and friendliness towards clients and residents.Strong professionalismAbility to solve conflict/problem solve.Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment.Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures.Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizations.Education RequirementsHigh School DiplomaAdditional Information / Benefits401K/403b PlanDental InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick DaysVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceThe following screenings are required:Education VerificationEmployment VerificationCriminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Day shiftNight shiftThird shiftWeekend shift
