About The Jule Wellness Studio

The Jule Wellness Studio is a growing integrative wellness and medical aesthetics practice in Southlake, Texas. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about functional medicine, personalized patient care, and helping build a developing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable, motivated provider who is excited to grow with a startup clinic and help shape the patient experience, clinical services, and long-term success of the business.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional and integrative medicine. Aesthetic injection experience is strongly preferred; however, our primary focus is finding a Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in services such as hormone replacement therapy, IV nutrient therapy, immunotherapy, wellness injections, laboratory interpretation, and good faith examinations.

The selected provider will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients, and collaborate with the clinic’s medical director and leadership team to provide safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and good faith examinations.
• Review medical histories, symptoms, laboratory results, medications, and treatment goals.
• Develop and manage individualized functional and integrative medicine treatment plans.
• Evaluate and treat appropriate candidates for hormone replacement therapy.
• Assess patients for IV nutrient therapy, wellness injections, immunotherapy, and other wellness services.
• Order and interpret laboratory testing within the provider’s scope of practice.
• Prescribe medications and therapies when clinically appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide thorough patient education regarding treatment options, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Follow all applicable clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the medical director, clinical staff, and leadership team.
• Recommend appropriate wellness services and products based on individual patient needs.
• Perform aesthetic consultations and cosmetic injectable treatments if qualified and experienced.
• Participate in community events and promotional activities with the team when scheduling permits.
• Help develop services, protocols, and patient-care processes as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• Current prescriptive authority and all other credentials required to practice in Texas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Significant experience in functional, integrative, or wellness medicine.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy and ongoing hormone-management programs.
• Experience prescribing or overseeing IV nutrient therapy and wellness injections.
• Experience with immunotherapy or allergy-related wellness services.
• Experience conducting good faith examinations.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing, interpretation, and individualized treatment planning.
• Aesthetic injection experience is strongly preferred.
• Medspa, wellness clinic, dermatology, or similar outpatient experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and patient-education skills.
• A patient-centered approach with sound clinical judgment and close attention to safety.
• Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial clinical environment.
• Willingness to support business growth and participate in community events when available.

Compensation and Benefits

• $50–$100 per hour, depending on qualifications and directly relevant experience.
