Legal assistant position includes interacting with clients in-person, by phone, and by email, filing legal documents, preparing forms, and performing day-to-day office tasks. More advanced aspects may include bookkeeping, preparing real estate documents and estate plan documents, and assisting with estate probate and administration. Motivated, professional individuals, with great attention to detail and willingness to solve problems will thrive in this position. Ideal candidates include those with prior bookkeeping, real estate, estate planning, and/or estate probate experience. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right personality!
