Your main responsibility is to communicate with candidates, ask interview questions provided by our team, and share feedback after each interview.

* Create a friendly and comfortable interview environment.
* Follow our interview guidelines and ask the required questions.
* Provide feedback about each candidate after the interview.
* **Good English communication skills are mandatory.**
* A quiet, professional environment for conducting online interviews.
* A stable internet connection and a working microphone and camera.
* Friendly, patient, and professional communication.
* Ability to follow interview guidelines and complete assigned interviews on time.
* Previous interviewing or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
