SRS Distribution – McKinney is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead our 401(k) and retirement plans for a growing, people-first wholesale distribution company. You will oversee daily plan administration, vendor and recordkeeper relationships, compliance with ERISA and IRS/DOL regulations, and annual audits and testing. Partner with HR and Finance to optimize plan design, match, and fees. Educate employees and leaders through clear communications, trainings, and 1:1 support.
