Job Description: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) -
ABA SHINE is seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, specializing in early intervention services for RCEB and CCHP clients (no CCS clients). In this unique role, you will work directly with young learners and their families, working with a team of RBTs, BTs, or mid-level staff, implementing the three-tiered model to deliver both evidence-based caregiver coaching and direct ABA services. This hands-on approach allows you to provide consistent, high-quality, evidence-based interventions while empowering caregivers with the tools and strategies needed to support their loved ones’ growth and success during their most critical developmental years.
Position: Part-time and full-time available In In-person Behavior Analyst, Direct Services
Responsibilities:
Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs, strengths, and challenges of children with behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
*Provide One-to-One Parent Coaching: *Model the implementation of individualized ABA interventions
*Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: *Develop Behavior Support Plans: *Train and Supervise Caregiver *Monitor Progress and Adjust Interventions *Maintain Documentation:
Compensation:
Your hourly rate for this position will be $ 87 to $95 per hour or a 105K-115K Yearly Salary.
